The registration of accounts by persons under 21 years of age is strictly forbidden. lodi291 employs age verification checks at registration and during the KYC process. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. lodi291 reserves the right to void winnings derived from deposits made via third-party accounts and to return the deposit to the original source.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their account settings as part of lodi291's responsible gaming framework. Once a limit reduction is requested, it takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya during support hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 MN PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one Philippine banking business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. No maximum withdrawal limit applies for verified accounts, subject to available balance and completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodi291 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
lodi291's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi291 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lodi291's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

Where changes are material, lodi291 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via email or on-Platform notification before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
